EDUCATION AND EVENTS

Knowledge is one of the most powerful tools we have in understanding an illness or in keeping us healthy.   Beside learning about a disease or condition from this Web site, you will also find several community educational opportunities and special events that we sponsor throughout the North Shore.  These are geared for the educational needs of people seeking to better understand personal wellness and new approaches to treatments.
 

Community Events

Several events are planned throughout the year.  Check this area often for educational and wellness events planned with you in mind. 

CPR Classes 

Northeast Health System's Education Department conducts American Heart Association Heartsaver classes on the first Thursday of every month from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.  The fee for the class is $35.  For further information, please call the CPR Coordinator at 978 922-3000, ext. 2236.

 

Speakers' Bureau 

The Speakers’ Bureau is designed to bring the experience and expertise of our staff into the communities we serve. 

 

 

BCLS/BLS

BCLS / BLS training is conducted at both Addison Gilbert and Beverly Hospitals. For more information call 978 922-3000, ext. 2236.

Pre-registration is necessary. Email your registration request.  BCLS study packets must be picked up in Human Resources.
