Note: Registered nurses from Ambulatory Services at Addison Gilbert Hospital are available two hours a month to assist with the distribution of medication cards listing all medications taken by participants and to assist with making certain the medications cards are accurate and up-to-date. The nurses are available to answer questions regarding medications, possible drug interactions and provide a free blood pressure screening.
