Note:   Call 978 468-5529 to schedule an appointment.  The Wellness Clinic is hosted by NortheastLink, a program of Northeast Senior Health, in conjunciton with the Wenham Council on Aging.  For transportation, call the H-W COA Van at 978 468-5534 at least a week in advance.

Review Your Medications

Facility/Room:   Rose Baker Senior Center, Gloucester, MA

Time:   10:00 a.m. to 12 noon

Cost:   Free

Note:   Registered nurses from Ambulatory Services at Addison Gilbert Hospital are available two hours a month to assist with the distribution of medication cards listing all medications taken by participants and to assist with making certain the medications cards are accurate and up-to-date.  The nurses are available to answer questions regarding medications, possible drug interactions and provide a free blood pressure screening.
