Beverly Hospital Hunt Center – Looking Towards the Future
Northeast Health System's $30 million investment in the new Beverly Hospital at Danvers Medical and Day Surgery Center reflects its continued commitment to the town of Danvers in providing quality healthcare programs and services. For more than 15 years, the Beverly Hospital Hunt Center has provided the community with a variety of medical services, including day surgery, primary care, radiology, CT-scan, mammography, and ultrasound services, as well as many specialized outpatient programs, such as the Breast Health Center, the Pain Management Center, and the Lifestyle Management Institute.
Northeast Health System intends to shift the focus of the campus to providing much needed senior programs and healthcare services for the town and surrounding communities. The Northeast Health System Board of Trustees has expressed its strong desire that the Lindall Street campus remain focused on healthcare. As a result, Northeast Health System is seeking a buyer that could potentially fulfill this requirement, but more importantly meet the needs of the community in the most appropriate way possible.
