The HealthConnection referral and information line is yet another referral service offered to the North Shore community.  It is a toll-free telephone information service available to assist in guiding callers to find a physician or service they are seeking, as well as answers to health-related inquiries. 

 

The HealthConnection offers a personalized and confidential response to both general and specific questions about choosing a physician within our network.  Callers may specify office location, gender, and/or specialty as criteria for referral.   Additional information available to callers during the referral process includes board-certifications, education and training, and areas of special interest within the area of specialization.

 

Selecting a physician is a very personal decision for many people.  Our HealthConnection referral service can be reached by calling 888 253-0800.  The line is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  After hours, please leave a message or send an ehealth@nhshealth.org.
